Spend a day relaxing at the gorgeous beaches and warm, turquoise waters of Magen's Bay. Wander among swaying coconut trees, explore mangrove forests, and see rare species of native plants in an expansive arboretum.
Take comfortable transportation to one of the most beautiful stretches of white sand in all of St. Thomas, stretching for more than a quarter of a mile (.4 km) along the island's northern coast. Protected by Peterborg peninsula and Tropaco Point, Scope out a spot to lay your towel down or rent a beach chair and umbrella from local vendors.
After working on your tan for a bit, go for a swim and watch the fishing boats out at the edge of the bay. Stroll along a nature trail through a collection of exotic trees and plants at the arboretum. Savor the cool shade of the overhanging canopy and keep your eye out for local wildlife and colorful birds. When your day of fun in the sun is complete, enjoy a scenic ride back to your hotel or the ferry terminal.

Must see if traveling to St. Thomas
I've traveled to several islands in the Caribean and this is one of my favorite Islands! I was a little nervous about traveling to St. Thomas after the hurricane a couple of years ago, but the island has rebounded quite a bit and it's beautiful!
Highly recommend seeing Magens Bay if you're traveling to St. Thomas. The local people are so kind and very helpful! The beach is gorgeous and the water is amazing!!!
Beautiful beach and nice tour of he area.

Loved swimming at this beautiful beach. You can go out quite a distance and it will only be chest deep and the waters are very calm. The tour also included seeing some sights on the way. I definitely recommend this if you love going to the beach.

Very nice long, sandy, shallow beach with plenty of people there enjoying it. Has nice facilities - restrooms, showers, food, drinks, shade, chairs, etc. Very easy to get a taxi to and from.
Not Top 10, but clean

How this is voted a Top 10 Beach is beyond me. It doesn't even come in my top 20. Too Crowded, have to go through a rocky section to get out to the water, water not clear. Nice, but there are a bunch of other beaches on the island that are better. Also, this is the most expensive of them. $5 per person to park plus $2 for the car.
Small but very pretty.

A very pretty beach with clear, calm water, but I was surprised at how small it was. That being said, it was not too crowded the day we went because it wasn’t a cruise boat day. My advice would be to plan accordingly.
