The Baths
Enjoy exploring the BVIs famous Bath Caves. Wading through the colorful coves and granite boulders of The Baths in Virgin Gorda is undeniably the most notable experience you can have in the British Virgin Islands. Travelers and experts alike agree: It's the must-see attraction of the BVI archipelago. Massive smooth ash gray boulders of varying sizes rise from the sea's crystalline waters, making a maze of sorts for travelers to wade or swim through. Climbing through the crevices and grottoes of The Baths isn't terribly intensive, but the granite boulders can be slippery so swim shoes or sneakers are encouraged. Once you reach Devil's Bay, the stunning beach clearing at the end of the rocks, you'll find shallow clear waters perfect for a little light snorkeling or restful sunbathing.

Norman Island
Enjoy the famous Willy T's on Norman Island. The William Thornton Floating Bar & Restaurant, affectionately known as Willy T’s, is a legendary Caribbean bar that rides afloat a rather convincing pirate ship – loaded with grog and grub. Revellers wishing to eat, drink and be merry can find it bobbing in The Bight anchorage at Norman Island in the British Virgin Islands. Here’s everything you need to know before you go…

Jost Van Dyke
Enjoy a Painkiller at Foxy's or Rum Punch at the Soggy Dollar on Jost Van Dyke. Although it’s one of BVI’s smallest islands, Jost Van Dyke (named for a Dutch privateer) still encapsulates an abundance of charm and history.

Intrepid explorers can discover the ruins of early sugar mills, still-surviving explorer footpaths, and near-endless amounts of interesting wildlife here. Archaeological evidence suggests that Jost Van Dyke was visited by civilizations as diverse as the Arawak tribe, Caribs, Africans, the British, and — naturally — the Dutch. Despite its diminutive stature, Jost Van Dyke’s rich melting-pot history has fostered some of the Caribbean’s best dining, with barbecue, Indian and seafood dominating the menus at the isle’s various beachside eateries.

When here, don’t skip visiting Bubbly Pool, a naturally occurring “hot tub”-style swimming hole on the northeast shore.

Foxy's Bar
Enjoy Foxy's Painkillers and Wings. In 1968, a young Philicianno ``Foxy`` Callwood saw the future on sailing yachts that came to call on the idyllic 4 square mile of Jost Van Dyke. In the shade of a Tamarind Tree, Foxy set up a bar for the specific purpose of welcoming sailors to his island home. Foxy's Tamarind Bar is often recognised as the birthplace of the BVI's Yachting tourism industry. Quick with a song, joke or story, Foxy has been welcoming visitors to 'his island' for 5 decades. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to heritage and tourism in the British Virgin Islands, including a MBE (Member of the British Empire) from H.M. The Queen of England, Elizabeth II.

Soggy Dollar Bar
Learn where Soggy Dollar got its name and visit the home of the original Painkiller. Originated and perfected at the Soggy Dollar in the 1970's, this smooth, full flavored rum cocktail has become the essence of Caribbean imbibing.

The correct concoction of premium dark rum, cream of coconut, pineapple and orange juice (proportions are secret), topped with fresh grated Grenadian nutmeg makes the swim to the Soggy Dollar worth the effort.

Perhaps it's the setting of White Bay, the thirst from the swim, the perfect blend, or just because of the tradition of the Original Painkiller at the Soggy Dollar... whatever the reason, welcome and enjoy. Stay Soggy my friends...
